Dr. Utter earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He then went on to complete his family medicine residency with Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners.
Dr. Utter’s clinical interests include preventive care, obstetrical care and procedural medicine.
“I believe that high quality medical care should be available to every individual, and that the delivery of this care should take place in a respectful and dignified manner. I believe having a good doctor-patient relationship is the key to effective preventive medicine.”
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and traveling with his wife.
