Michael Rip, PhD, serves as the founding director of the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine's Program in Public Health and is responsible for overseeing the strategic directions and daily operations of the program and the global, online, Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree, as well as positioning the program for future expansion, the development of specialty tracks, and international collaboration. The program has more than 300 graduate students enrolled
