TIP has been an excellent opportunity to grow my clinical skills, expand my awareness of training pathways, and immerse myself in the MSU Sparrow Family Medicine Residency experience. I have had the opportunity to learn from different levels of learners every day. I got to experience what clinic life on a random afternoon in the of a Family practitioner feels like and the next day, what hospital rounds on a Family Medicine team feels like. Other afternoons I came to appreciate where the coming together of residents and physician educators for didactic learning sessions with the residency.
TIP Sparrow was a great fit for my fourth year learning endeavors as an aspiring Family Medicine physician!
