Drs. Julie Phillips and Janet Ogunwobi met with Dr. Frank Animikwam, the medical director of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Health Center and Tribal Administration. Dr. Animikwam is a graduate of MSU CHM. They discussed ways our department can support the work and vision of the tribe clinics. They also discussed opportunities to collaborate in areas of research and community outreach. The meeting was a productive one, and both parties are excited to explore ways to work together in the future.
