Congratulations to Dr. Ross Ramsey on receiving the Mid-Michigan Family Medicine Preceptor of the Year award. Dr. Ramsey was nominated by TIP Student, Elisabeth Milligan, who said this of Dr. Ramsey.

He always made me feel welcome and included. He made sure I had plenty of opportunities to work on my procedural skills. He is very patient and encouraged me to press the limits of my comfort zone in a kind and supportive way. I looked forward to each day I spent working with him.”
