Arturas Klugas, M.D., earned his doctor of medicine degree from Kaunas University of Medicine in Kaunas, Lithuania and completed his residency training at the Family Medicine Residency Program at MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland. Before joining Gratiot Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Klugas served as a physician and faculty member at the Midland Family Medicine Residency. He is an Assistant Professor through the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Family Medicine Department.
Dr. Klugas completed the University of Michigan Faculty Development Fellowship in 2010.
