Dr. Fortunate’s professional life is divided between private practice and outpatient care for the residency. She chairs the Family Health Center’s Practice Based Improvement committee and facilitate the monthly diabetes group visit. Diabetes, chronic disease management, preventive health, practice management, and health care delivery are special interests.
