Matthew Slendebroek, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Slendebroek earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing. He completed his family medicine residency at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Slendebroek's clinical interests include disease prevention, primary care, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, adult medicine, sports medicine, mental health, diabetes, asthma, hypertension and arthritis.
