Biography

Raza Haque, MD, performs clinical work, geriatric assessments, skilled nursing facility care and medical directorships. He teaches at the medical student, resident and fellowship levels; and participates in other scholarly activities. Dr. Haque earned his medical degree at Dow Medical College, University of Karachi. This was followed by a residency in Internal Medicine at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, and completion of the Geriatric Fellowship at MSU in 2004. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a fellow of the American Geriatrics Society, and has a certificate of added qualification in geriatric medicine. Dr. Haque is medical director of Faith Haven Senior Care Center and offers subacute care at the Ingham County Extended Care Facility.
