Andrew works as a research assistant in the family medicine department at the college of human medicine.
His primary duties include assisting in all stages of the research process from background research, to coordinating with relevant parties and organizations, to data management, to reviewing and creating reports. He is excited to be working with MSU and their partners to impact social health through research on topics such as opioid use in rural areas, the impact of remote sensing devices on behavior change, and the impact of income assistance on health in specific populations.
Andrew plans to pursue a Ph.D. and is using this time as an opportunity to further define his specific research interests.
